Information on how to join the Networking and Poster sessions will be emailed to registrants the day before the meeting (Jan 26)

Please mute your microphone (bottom of screen) before entering a space and when not actively talking
View the room list on the left side of the screen and click on the room you’d like to enter
Upon entering a room, use the +/- buttons in the bottom right-hand corner (or you mouse scroll-wheel) to zoom out and view the entire room
You can click and drag the room background to move the room when you are zoomed in, or you can click and drag your icon to move yourself around the room
You can only hear the people that are near you, so it is important for you to be near the poster presenter so you can hear them
Visit the Poster List room to see the full list of posters available for viewing
Please try not to “stand” on top of the posters and use the audience placeholder as a marker of where you should be to listen to a poster session
You may “stand” on top of the boxes in the Networking rooms so hosts will know you are interested in connecting
